54. Oyster factory worker

“delivering safe and healthy oysters ”

Each New Zealand Pacific Oyster can be traced right back to the farm in which it grew, including information around the time of harvest, when it was prepared for market and the journey it took reaching the customer.

Following an extensive tracking system from the farm, the focus is on ensuring a New Zealand Pacific Oyster will arrive at its destination in top condition.

The ability to link the Pacific Oysters to the farm in New Zealand demonstrates the dedication of producers in delivering safe and healthy oysters of the highest quality standard with approval from New Zealand food safety officials as being safe to be consumed in their natural, raw state.
