“rich in protein, iron and essential amino acids ”

New Zealand Pacific Oysters are rich in protein, iron and essential amino acids.

New Zealand Pacific Oysters are also a great natural source of zinc, in which a 100g serving (around 5 Oysters) will supply more than 100 percent of an adults daily zinc requirement, crucial for a strong immune system.

The New Zealand Pacific Oyster is also a good source of iron (100g or around 5 Oysters = 28% of the daily iron requirement), with iron playing an essential role in carrying oxygen through the body, and allowing the body to effectively produce energy.

New Zealand Pacific Oysters also provide an array of essential nutrients including Vitamins C (13%) and B12 (267%), required by the body to maintain healthy nerve cells and red blood cells.
