Cocktail Function – November 9

October 12, 2011 | Aquaculture New Zealand diary

cocktail party

An evening of sensational food, style and fun – the cocktail function will be the social highlight of the New Zealand Aquaculture Conference.

Top Christchurch chefs Andrew Brown and Jonny Schwass will be serving up the delicacies that New Zealand aquaculture has become renowned for.

Sumptuous Oysters, superb King Salmon and our iconic Greenshell Mussels prepared to fine-dining standards.

With tasting stations intermingled around the unique WOW Gallery, this is a showcase of why our products are considered among the world’s best seafood.

Served with local beer and wine, and hosted by celebrity foodie Peta Mathias, this event will be a social highlight for guests who can explore WOW’s classic cars and Wearable Arts galleries.
